We do not host, copy or offer any music for download ourselves. Every set that can be played on this site is streamed directly from SoundCloud through SoundCloud's official embedded player, from the SoundCloud profile of the respective artist. All rights to the music remain with the artists and their rights holders.

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under the general laws (§ 7 (1) DDG). We are not obliged, however, to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to look for circumstances that point to illegal activity (§§ 8 to 10 DDG). Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected.

This site links to external websites: event platforms, social networks, the artists' own profiles. We have no influence on their content; the respective provider or operator is always responsible for it. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations when the links were set, and nothing illegal was recognisable at that time. Should we learn of a violation, we will remove the link without delay.

The content created by us on these pages, texts, design, logo and our own photographs, is subject to German copyright law. Reproduction, editing, distribution or any use beyond the limits of copyright law requires our written consent. Artist photos and biographies were provided by the artists for announcing their nights and remain theirs.
